Our warehouse manager Daniel has been beating up a pair of SlimGuy 18oz Big Slub Selvedge jeans for a few months now, so we thought we would share some photos of the evolution…
I think he is at around 6 months with 1 or 2 washes. He’s about 5″8 and 140lbs.
The fabric is so bumpy and irregular and beautiful, so here are some closeup shots, taken with a point-and-shoot camera on macro mode:

Wow.. So this is what you meant when you said at the GQ
that the washing process is not about how long you spend with your jeans
but what you do with your jeans… Only few month but the jeans look beautiful!
Did he hem his jeans though? I am 5’9” and I had to fold twice

Amazing how these look after 6 months… You rarely see a marbled effect like that! Awesome.
